Kay is a peer-to-peer file transfer service. You may use it to transfer files to consenting recipients. You must not use it to transfer illegal content or to send files to recipients without their knowledge or consent.

No warranty

Kay is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We are not liable for any loss of data or failed transfers.

Consent

The 6-digit pairing code and the "Accept & Download" step serve as the receiver's explicit consent to receive the transfer.
